Awakening Freedom Life Private Limited offers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee for Customers. If a Customer purchased a product from our Franchise/Company offices and is not satisfied with the product, the Customer may request a refund directly from said Franchise/Company offices so long as the purchase remains in acceptable and undamaged condition and is returned in its original condition. The refund amount shall be up to 90% of the Sales Price (less the shipping and handling charge on the original purchase)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective product, you have the right to request an exchange, return, or refund.

• To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must send the product return to the company.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (card/net banking)

Exchange Details

If you wish to exchange a product for a different quantity or item:

• Email your exchange reason to support@aflonline.in or use the contact form on our platform.
• Exchange requests are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the items.
• Approval of exchange or return requests is at the sole discretion of the company. Once the process is complete, you may place a fresh order of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

We may collect the following types of information:

• Cancellation request can be done before despatch the product.
• Refund process will be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of the cancellation requests.
• Refund amount will be 100 % of the amount paid for receipt subject to necessary deduction as the company may deem fit.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Awakening Freedom Life Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity by the user
• Product unavailability
• Logistic or operational challenges
• Breach of our Terms of Use
• Any other reason where the company chooses not to proceed with the transaction

In case of product or pricing errors due to technical issues or supplier discrepancies, we will inform you and refund the full amount

We maintain a negative list of users engaged in fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to restrict access or cancel future orders
