Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We encourage you to go through the following policies to understand your rights, responsibilities, and important guidelines.

Damaged or Defective Product Details

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective product, you have the right to request an exchange, return, or refund.

  • All such requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us at support@aflonline.in or raise a support ticket on the platform.
  • You must send the product return to the company.

Exchange Details

Note: We require video proof of the unboxing process for verification. Exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be initiated without this evidence. Ensure the product is unused, with labels intact, and packed in its original packaging before handing it to the pickup executive.

Your request will be reviewed and processed within 48 business hours. Upon successful verification, you’ll receive an email confirmation of the replacement or refund process.

If you choose a refund:

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (card/net banking).
  • Alternatively, you may opt for store credit for future purchases.

Return Details

We offer a 48-hour return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for expired, damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not encourage returns for other reasons.

To return an item:

  • Pack the product securely in its original box or tube.
  • Include the following details:
    • Full name
    • Postal address
    • Email ID
    • Contact number
    • Order number
    • Shipping ID
    • Product/item number
    • Brief reason for return (optional but helpful)

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • No processing fees will be charged to you.
  • Refunds will be withheld until we receive either:
    • The returned product, or
    • Proof of dispatch from your end

Once verified:

  • Refunds will be made to your bank account, credit card, or wallet.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product or tracking info.

Exchange Details

If you wish to exchange a product for a different quantity or item:

  • Email your exchange reason to support@aflonline.in or use the contact form on our platform.
  • Exchange requests are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the item.
  • Approval of exchange or return requests is at the sole discretion of the company. Once the process is complete, you may place a fresh order of your choice.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Awakening Freedom Life Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity by the user
  • Breach of our Terms of Use
  • Product unavailability
  • Logistic or operational challenges
  • Any other reason where the company chooses not to proceed with the transaction

In case of product or pricing errors due to technical issues or supplier discrepancies, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

We maintain a negative list of users engaged in fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to restrict access or cancel future orders.
